The Challenge

Designing Grandeur That Feels Grounded And Intimate

The expansive plot and the client’s brief for a large-scale classical residence required asolution that could deliver majesty without losing intimacy. The challenge was to develop a villa on a single level that would feel cohesive, connected and naturally integrated into its panoramic setting — avoiding visual fragmentation or overwhelming the site.

Our Solution

Courtyards And Symmetry As Anchors Of Space

The architectural concept was built around a central access plaza and two internal patios that divide the villa into day and night zones. This symmetrical layout ensures clarity and fluidity while providing natural light and cross-views throughout. Given the site’s north-south orientation, the home unfolds east to west, with the swimming pool placed perpendicular to the main axis, drawing the eye toward the horizon. Local stone, tile roofing and warm textures reinforce the sense of heritage, while expansive terraces, gardens and a flowing plan connect the villa seamlessly to its setting.
