Cerquilla G4

Perched on a gently sloping elevated plot, the villa opens itself to the surrounding landscape. Mature vegetation and panoramic vistas guide the placement of each volume, creating a subtle dialogue between architecture and nature.
A Landscape-Driven Villa With Seamless Flow

Designed as a response to the sloping terrain and natural surroundings, Cerquilla G4 unfolds across different levels to blend into its environment. Courtyards, terraces and subtle changes in height create a home that feels both intimate and expansive. Light and shadow shape each moment of the day, while materials such as natural stone and woodbring warmth and depth to the spatial experience.

The Challenge

Designing With Topography And Visual Continuity

The challenge was to transform the complex terrain into an opportunity: a steep, irregular plot that demanded a design sensitive to privacy, daylight and uninterrupted sea views. Additionally, the functional organization needed to balance the separation of day and night areas while maintaining a fluid, connected experience throughout the house.

Our Solution

Layered Architecture That Embraces Terrain

The villa unfolds across the slope, adapting to the land at every level. Courtyards are carefully inserted to frame views, channel light, and create intimate moments in each space. One central courtyard at the hall elegantly separates the day wing from the night wing, while simultaneously opening the interior to the landscape. Circulation through the villa becomes a journey: each step, each level, a new encounter with light, shadow and the surrounding panorama.
