Camoján 11
Camoján 11 was designed as a response to a plot that revealed its potential through complexity. Positioned on a steep incline, the villa unfolds gradually, elevating the platform to ensure privacy while preserving sweeping sea views. The architecture is clean-lined yet organic, integrating with its environment through staggered volumes, natural textures, and fluid circulation between indoor and outdoor realms.

The Challenge
The site presented a steep slope with the ideal placement for the house overlapping with the access road. Without careful design, the access could interfere with the villa’s outdoor living areas, particularly the pool and leisure zones. The challenge was to ensure uninterrupted sea views while preserving a high level of privacy.
Our Solution
The architectural solution was to raise the platform of the house to its highest feasible point, separating public access from private spaces. This strategy created a split-level composition that maximised views and ensured privacy. The volumes were staggered and integrated into the slope, with natural materials and open terraces connecting the architecture to its surroundings. The result is a residence that transforms the site's challenges into strengths, reinforcing the villa’s exclusive character.
