Camoján 22–6 Villas
La Cascada was conceived as a refined response to a complex terrain — a gated communityof six villas that embrace the slope through staggered platforms and interconnected spaces. Each home is carefully positioned to preserve views, optimise privacy and establish a continuous connection with nature. Mature vegetation acts as both boundary and backdrop, while courtyards, terraces and gardens define the spatial rhythm of each villa.

The Challenge
The steeply sloped site, coupled with the ambition to integrate six independent villas, posed a challenge in balancing privacy, views and accessibility. The masterplan needed to ensure that each unit enjoyed open vistas and seclusion, without disrupting the natural flow or the integrity of the landscape.
Our Solution
The solution was to stagger the villas along contour lines, using the natural slope to create platforms that preserve both privacy and panoramic views. The gated community is structured around a central access road that branches into private drives, allowing each villa to exist autonomously within a unified architectural vision. Existing vegetation was preserved and enhanced to act as a natural buffer, with patios, courtyards and terraced gardens providing spatial richness and a sense of sanctuary.
